No Cost to You

If you choose to use ClaimGuard to fully manage your claim and proceed with one of our approved contractors for the reinstatement works, our service comes at no direct cost to you.

Our management fee is paid by the contractors we oversee, whose services are typically covered by your insurer as part of the claim. You receive end-to-end professional support without paying us a penny out of pocket.

10% + VAT

Flat Fee

If you prefer to use your own contractor or opt for a cash settlement, we charge a flat fee of 10% (plus VAT) based on the total settlement amount.

Importantly, we do not apply this fee to any part of the claim relating to loss mitigation works or temporary accommodation that we’ve provided - only to the portion of the settlement relating to reinstatement or other recoverable costs.
